Extra talents 2

I'm familiar with the procedure of submitting a contact on the WoWBeez website to have my extra talent points reset. I received an email two days later to verify from my paypal email account. I replied from that account immediately. But I'm concerned with the lack of response I've gotten. It's been over a week and a half since I made my request. I written several requests since through the Contact Us, but I haven't gotten my talent points yet. I don't know what is going on. I paid $50 for this feature and don't want to get hosed. Are they too busy? Did I just piss them off? Do I need to be more patient with them? Even if they can't get to it right now, a simple email would be settle my mental anguish. Any help or advice is welcome. Thanks.
